Finally some real philnews! There's a wonderful new movement in philosophy where you have to be a deviant, which means study other things than the normal western curriculam, e.g. Nargajuna.
HERE IS HOW IT ALL STARTED and HERE IS JUSTIN'S ANNOUNCEMENT
One of the leading spearheads in this movement is Amy Olberding who has had a comment and a remak published at Daily Nous by the runner of that blog, Justin Wineberg. It's a really interesting perspective and we'll be hearing a lot more from amy in the future. She has certainly challenged a large number of thinks I always took for granted.
She has a beautiful new blog up about being a deviant, and it's not just cool but funny too. Here's to a fruitful new philosophical endeavour. Why don't you go over there and talk all philosophy
Please chime in the comments here and there to talk about your favourite philosophy stories! Maybe we can make this all a better place
